Contemporary art centres conduct public interest missions in the service of a wide variety of artists and audiences. They undertake an artistic and cultural project to support the creation, production and circulation of contemporary visual arts. In keeping with the values
they share, the contemporary art centres belonging to d.c.a have drawn up the present charter, which constitutes a system of references aiming to promote the spread of good professional practice within the national network. The members of the d.c.a network commit to respecting this general framework.
